TRIATHLON
Multisport 1st Class Program
$200/month + $100 initiation.
Athlete submits a bio with recent training and objective
2-4 week schedules
Weekly communication as initiated by the athlete.
Local and visiting athletes can join Michael on rides/runs and training groups.
Multisport Value Tour Packages for the Self-Sufficient Athlete
$300/ 12 week training Plan
Once having completed a 12 week program, the athlete can continue on a month to month basis @ $100/month.
Athlete submits a bio with recent training and objective
Athlete receives a 12 week block of training
Training plans are detailed and not pre-packaged. M2 workouts and training progressions are all modularly arranged and can thus be arranged as is appropriate for the individual.
RUNNING 10K & MARATHON TRAINING PLANS
8 Week Training Blocks - $100
Athlete submits a bio with recent training and objectives.
Indicate whether you have access to a treadmill, and/or run on a treadmill.
Training program is not pre-packaged - M2 workouts and progressions are organized into many modules which can be combined and sequenced as is appropriate for the athlete.
CYCLING: ROAD AND MOUNTAIN
- $100/ month + $50 initiation fee
Athlete submits a bio with recent training and objectives.
Communication by phone or e-mail initiated by the athlete.
