Mary Uhl fulfilled my pre-race expectations and raced strong and hard to
a 2nd place finish at IM Wisconsin.  In conditions that were frankly brutal,
very hot and humid, Mary biked and ran purposefully and looked just great as
I slapped a high-5 with her in the final mile.

I must say I had goose-bumps as we smiled knowingly at each other at how well
she had raced.  Great stuff!

Look for a report on the training that Mary performed to prepare her for such
